Business BriefsBEND, OR — Now through October 1st, Wells Fargo is accepting applications from young companies interested in joining the new Startup Accelerator.  The semiannual “boot camp” is intended for innovators whose technology ideas in payment, deposits, fraud, operations and other fields.  Wells Fargo will make a direct equity investment of $50,000 to $500,000.

The Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation released the nation’s first public report on the quality of local primary care Tuesday.  Officials said the report includes data provided by Medicare, and significantly expands the information consumers can access about the quality of care in Oregon.  The reports enable Oregonians to compare how clinics perform in areas such as preventive care, chronic disease care and appropriate use of health care services.  Click Here to read the report.

Columbia Sportswear and the Dallas Cowboys announced an apparel licensing partnership Tuesday featuring co-branded sportswear, outerwear and accessories available in late spring 2015. The Oregonians said the agreement runs through early 2018. The Cowboys will sell co-branded product through wholesale channels including official NFL retail stores.

Weyerhaeuser said it’s relocating its headquarters to Seattle from its longtime home in the south Seattle suburb of Federal Way.   President and CEO Doyle Simons said Tuesday that the existing 430-acre campus is costly and too large for company needs. He adds that the move will give the company “access to a larger talent pool” to meet future recruiting needs. The move will happen in 2016 when construction of a new building in Seattle’s Pioneer Square area is complete.

American Airlines and US Airways are pulling flight listings from Orbitz-run websites in a long-running dispute over fees that the travel company charges to list and sell the flights.   Shares of Orbitz Worldwide Inc. fell nearly 5 % on Tuesday. American said that it had already dropped its fares from Orbitz and that US Airways listings would be pulled on Monday.
