OSP Find Missing Man Thanks To Crossing Cattle

BURNS, OR — Oregon State Police searching for a missing elderly man got some surprise help yesterday from a group of cattle crossing Highway 20 in Burns.

87-year old Warren “Spud” Tucker was spotted by a state trooper while traffic was stopped on Highway 20 for cattle crossing the road.

OSP was on the look out for Tucker after being notified to watch for his vehicle that reportedly left Bend yesterday morning.

He was reported missing by his daughter who said he suffers from a medical condition.

Tucker was taken to Harney District Hospital in Burns in good condition until his family could be re-united with him.
