New Deschutes Republican Chair Is 19 Years Old

Bend, Ore.  – The Deschutes County Republican Central Committee held  elections Tuesday night to elect their new leadership. The new Deschutes  County Republican Party chair is 19 year old Reagan Knopp, one of the  youngest party chairs in US History. The College Student and Legislative  Staffer plans to chart a new course to help unite the party faithful and  build Republican support in the community.

“Everyone can benefit from Republican policies and the Constitutional  principles of freedom and limited government.” stated newly elected-chair  Reagan Knopp. “As Republicans we’re going to be focused on taking this  message to our community. That regardless of your age, race, or gender  Republican policies are the way to a better America for everyone.”

As chair of Deschutes County Republicans, Reagan Knopp is seeking to guide  the local party in its outreach to the voters in Deschutes County by  expanding outreach efforts using modern digital tools and focused  messaging that brought Republicans success throughout the country.

The full slate of candidates elected by the Deschutes County Republican Central Committee is as follows;

Reagan Knopp is a 19 year old college student. He’s worked for two years  as a legislative assistant in Salem. His campaign experience includes  serving as a grassroots volunteer, field director and deputy campaign  manager.
