State Police Say A Silverton Woman Died In Crash

Silverton, Ore. – The Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into this afternoon’s fatal traffic crash on Highway 214 at milepost 32.

Preliminary information from troopers investigating the crash indicates that on April 17, shortly after 3:00 p.m., a silver 2011 Ford Focus, driven by BARBARA E. MULLER, 68, of Silverton, was eastbound on Highway 214 near milepost 32, when for undetermined reasons the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was pronounced deceased later on by medical personnel. The investigation is ongoing.
