Scio, Ore. – According to Trooper Tiffany Lynn, on April 24, 2015 at 9:48 a.m. The first vehicle, a 1995 Honda Accord, was driven by Scott Cook. He was going eastbound on Hwy 226 when he crossed the centerline and collided with a westbound Itasca Sunriver Motorhome, driven by 76 year old Randall Starr with his wife, 77 year old Barbara Starr (age 77) as the right front passenger. Both Scott Cook and the Starrs are residents of Scio.

After the head-on collision, the motorhome came to rest off the roadway and the Honda Accord came to rest on the shoulder of the eastbound lane.
