Bend, Ore. – Central Oregon Community College’s Cascade Culinary Institute is offering an orientation for prospective students to learn about the variety of programs that CCI offers and get an up-close look at the state-of-the-art facility in action.
The future student orientation begins at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15, and begins with a tour of Jungers Culinary Center and overview of our curriculum, followed by dinner at Elevation, the student-operated restaurant. Dinner is complimentary for prospective students and up to two guests.
The orientation continues on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to noon with members of the faculty answering questions about the curriculum, explaining the application process, and interacting with prospective students in the culinary and baking and pastry kitchens. For information, call 541-318-3780.
