Bend, Ore. – According to Bend Police, during the evening of 05-23-15, Thomas Anthony “Tony” Starr was located deceased on the south end of Bend. At this time family has been notified and the investigation is no longer on-going.
There is no suspicion of foul play in regards to the cause of Starr’s death.
