Bend, Ore. – Deschutes County Health Services has started a Public Health Online Reporting Site. Residents and visitors of Deschutes County can use this website to report public health concerns.

The website has a simple, user-friendly interface to submit public health concerns related to mold, bed bugs, disease, pools, spas, hotels, motels, foodborne illness, and restaurant complaints. After submission, users are automatically directed to a web page with links to further information about the topic of concern.

All submissions are reviewed by qualified public health staff and investigated as appropriate. Some reports may necessitate a follow-up call, while others may be taken care of with the information initially provided.

If you see local news happen, call the Horizon Broadcasting Group News Tip Hotline at 541-323-NEWS, or email us.
