Madras, Ore. – The Madras Police Department says 77 year old Robert Restorff of Madras was hit by a car near M street on Highway 97 yesterday.
It happened around 5 in the morning and the driver and a witnesses says Restorff “darted out” in front of 36 year old Eric Whittenburg, also of Madras.
Restorff was taken to the hospital and is reportedly in “good” condition.
