ABC News(SANTA CLARA, Calif.) — The Denver Broncos are Super Bowl Champions for a third time.

On Sunday night, the Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10 to win Super Bowl 50. The win marks the team’s third Super Bowl title and Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning’s second title.

The Broncos’ defense were the true winners at Levi’s Stadium. They kept Panthers quarterback Cam Newton’s power to a minimum and kept the Panthers’ offense from gaining any ground with the Panthers only scoring a season-low 10 points.

Leading the team’s defense was Broncos linebacker Von Miller who was named Super Bowl 50 MVP. Miller was the No. 2 overall pick in 2011, just behind Newton who was No. 1 overall pick in 2011.

Despite predictions, Manning did not announce any plans for retirement immediately after the game.
