A Wheeler County Pot Bust Yields 8,000 Plants

Wheeler County, Ore.- Authorities seized about 8,000 marijuana plants and other evidence of an illegal grow operation in southern Wheeler County, according to authorities.

The Central Drug Enforcement Team, a regional investigations unit, assisted in the operation.

A Wheeler County resident reported the grow to the sheriff’s office.

No information was given as to where the operation was found.
