The City of Redmond Eyes More Development

Redmond, Ore. – The Redmond City Council voted to approve a new 30-acre housing development master plan, the second one it has approved this year.

The development, proposed by HT Development Properties and Affiliates, would see 180 multi-family units, 48 town homes, and 44 single-family-lots constructed in the southwest part of the city.

Construction will begin on 17 of the single-family lots by this fall as part of Phase 1 of the plan.

It’s not yet determined when construction will start on the rest of the project.
