Company Cops to “The Force Awakens” Harrison Ford Set Accident

Harrison Ford as Han Solo in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”; Disney/Lucasfilm(LONDON) — You don’t break Han Solo’s leg on his own ship and get away with it.

A company has pleaded guilty in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens set accident that broke star Harrison Ford’s leg two years ago. The company, Foodles Production, a Disney subsidiary, admitted in court in London to health and safety breaches that led to the injury, The New York Times reports.

The accident occurred on the set of the Millenium Falcon, the smuggler’s ship Han Solo’s famously captains, when Ford was hit by a heavy hydraulic door.  Star Wars: The Force Awakens was filmed in and around London, England.

The court will hand down a penalty in the incident August 22.
