Lake County, Ore. – Oregon has a new addition – a new baby wolf pup.
A pair of wolves in western Lake County, the “Silver Lakes wolves,” have produced at least one pup this year, according to the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
An eight-year-old male from the Imnaha pack, and a three-year-old female from the Mt. Emily pack are the proud parents.
The female has a GPS collar and wildlife managers have used remote camera images to determine that the pair had at least one young one.
