The historic Redmond Hotel isn’t dead yet.
The Bulletin reports Redmond’s Urban Renewal Agency Board finalized a three-quarters-of-a-million-dollar loan agreement with a developer.
Renovations are already underway and a rooftop garden bar could be open by the summer.
The goal is to have rooms ready by early 2019.
