A man who killed teenage boy in Bend while texting and driving is back in jail.
Erik Conn spent a couple of years in prison for the 2011 death of 16-year-old Forrest Cepeda.
His sentence included a lifetime ban on driving, but he was spotted on a motorcycle last year.
The Bulletin reports a judge just ordered Conn to spend 10 more days behind bars.
