FedEx driver police say killed bicyclist in Bend won’t face criminal charges

The FedEx driver who police say hit and killed a bicyclist in Bend won’t face criminal charges.

The Deschutes County District Attorney issued a traffic violation to Trenton Sage of Terrebonne for failure to yield to a rider in a bicycle lane.

Jonathan Adams died in November after the crash at the intersection of Wall Street and Olney Avenue.

The D-A says Sage fully cooperated in the investigation and was not impaired or using his cellphone at the time of the wreck.
