Man Arrested For Saturday Burglary

Bend Police STOCK 2BEND, OR — One man has been arrested for a Saturday home burglary in northeast Bend.  A woman said she pulled up to her NE Watson Dr. home around 3:30 p.m. and spotted two people running through her back door with her property.  Bend Police search a NE Purcell Blvd. apartment and found some of the stolen property.  In addition, investigators said they found items from another, unreported burglary inside that apartment.

Nicholas Loren Husted, 23, was arrested, charged with two counts of 1st Degree Burglary, Aggravated Theft, two counts of 1st Degree Theft and 2nd Degree Theft.  Officers are still searching for a second male suspect.
