Charles C. Miller, COCC chair for the 2010-11 school year

BEND, OR -- The Central Oregon Community College Board of Directors has elected Charles C. Miller chair and David Ford vice chair for the 2010-11 year.
Miller, a Bend native, is president of the Miller Lumber Company. He has served numerous community groups, such as Bend Park and Recreation Foundation, the Bend Chamber of Commerce and Rotary. He has served on the COCC Board of Directors for three years.
Ford is the general manager of West Bend Property Co., the developer of NorthWest Crossing, a planned community on the west side of Bend. He has been a resident of Bend since 1991 and has served on the COCC Board of Directors for one year.
