Redmond School Board Seeks Input on Superintendent Search
REDMOND, OR -- The Redmond School District is looking for input about what the community would like to see in the next Superintendent. The Board of Directors will hold several community forums allowing parents, students, staff and the city at large to share ideas on qualities they'd like to see in the new leader. The Oregon School Boards Association, who has been chosen to help with the search, will be on hand at each community event to answer questions, and discuss steps to be taken.
The Community Meetings will take place:
February 9th: Redmond High School, 6 p.m.
February 10th: Redmond School District Office, 5:30 p.m.
February 11th: Obsidian Middle School, 6 p.m.
February 16th: Redmond School District Office, 12 p.m.
Those that attend will be asked to fill out a three-question survey. Following the meetings, the OSBA will compile all survey results and community feedback and present their findings at the February 24th School Board meeting.
