Redmond Man Arrested After Hitting Parked Cars
REDMOND, OR -- Police arrested a Redmond man after he reportedly hit two parked cars early Friday morning. Investigators said Shane Fitton, 22, hit the cars in the area of SW 33rd Street and SW Metolius Ave. around 1 a.m. Fitton fled the area, but was found at his home a short time later.
Fitton was arrested, taken to the Deschutes County Jail, charged with five counts of Failure to Perform Duties of Driver, three counts of 1st Degree Criminal Mischief, three counts of 2nd Degree Criminal Mischief and three counts of Reckless Driving.
