PORTLAND, OR — The FBI is asking for the public's help in locating a former competitive cheerleader accused of sex trafficking a 17-year-old girl. Julia Haner, 19, Lake Oswego was arrested in April, accused of recruiting a girl who attended her old high school. The FBI says as legal proceedings continued, Haner was allowed to live at home while wearing an ankle-monitoring device.
