BEND, OR — The Bend-La Pine School Board has an opening and is seeking applications. Zone 4 Director Mike Jensen is leaving his post on July 31st, and the Board is looking to fill the opening soon. After an interview process, the Board will appoint the successful applicant, who will serve through June 30th, 2015. that individual may also choose to file for election to fill the balance of the unexpired term ending June 30th, 2017.
Applicants must:
• Reside within a Zone 4 voting precinct (south Deschutes County), which includes precincts 16, 23, 24, 38, 39, 40 and 50
• Have been a resident of Zone 4 for at least one year
• Be a registered voter in Zone 4
