Woman Injured After Early Morning Crook County Crash

071414 Crook County AccidentPRINEVILLE, OR — One woman was taken to the hospital after her car left a Crook County road and crashed early Monday morning.

Shortly before 2 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were called to SW George Millican Rd., near Reservoir Rd., where a passenger car had crashed.  The driver, Heather Johnson, 23, Gresham, was taken to St. Charles Medical Center in Bend with minor injuries.

Investigators said Johnson was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.  It appears she fell asleep before the crash.  No citations have been issued.
