Oregon Parks And Recreation Gathers Comments On Metolius-Windigo Trail

SISTERS, OR — The Oregon Parks and Recreation department will host an open house to gather public comments regarding the Metolius-Windigo Trail.  The trail will potentially be deemed a State Designated Scenic Trail, meaning it will be non-motorized and provide access to significant scenery and showcase Oregon’s natural gems.  If the trail receives the special designation, it will remain open to the public.

The Wednesday open house will be at Ray’s Food Place in Sisters from 6-7:30 p.m.
