A state study finds low pot prices are leading to more pot purchases and an increase in tax revenue.

The Oregonian reports more marijuana users are leaving the black and medical markets for the legal, recreational market.

Recreational pots sales are expected to be nearly 543 million dollars this year, up 29 percent from last year, despite lower prices.
