A former Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy is facing rape charges.
Jorge Serrano was arrested in Washington County.
Investigators say he rape an unconscious woman while he was a Portland security guard in 2015 and posted online videos of the incident later when he was jail deputy in Jefferson County.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says Serrano was fired in November for lying on his job application.
