- Old Bend Redmond Highway/Tumalo Road Intersection Improvement (Tumalo Area) – Reconstruction of the existing roadway will continue on Old Bend-Redmond Highway in order to tie the existing road into the new road alignment. Striping and permanent signing will be installed throughout the project. Trucks and equipment will be frequently entering and exiting via construction access points throughout the project area. Closure Information – Tumalo Road will be closed east of Old Bend-Redmond Highway to complete Stage 4 beginning Tuesday, October 13. Designated detour routes will be provided via Hunnel Road, Pohaku Road and Sturgeon Road for east Tumalo Road traffic. Trucks are strongly advised not to use these detour routes and should utilize alternative routes. Road users will be traveling through the roundabout beginning Tuesday. Old Bend-Redmond Highway and Tumalo Road west of the intersection will be controlled by flaggers 24 hours per day. Road users should expect delays of up to 20 minutes.
- Sisemore Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project (Tumalo Area) – Concrete repair and bridge strengthening work will continue at the Sisemore Road Bridge. The existing bridge wearing surface has been removed to repair the interior concrete and the bridge drainage system. Closure Information – Sisemore Road is closed at the bridge site and is expected to remain closed until October 30, 2020. Road users should utilize the marked detour via Collins Road and Couch Market Road to avoid the project area.

We are taking measures to ensure that all state and federally-mandated best management practices to eliminate the spread of COVID-19 are practiced on our project sites.
