On Friday, the Hawks improved to 39-8 after rallying past the Portland Trail Blazers for a 105-99 victory.

“We’re confident in one through 15 here,” center Al Horford said. “Guys really put in the time, guys work every day. They just don’t get the opportunity because we’re so deep.”

The Trail Blazers led after each of the first three quarters, but were outscored 36-25 in the fourth quarter.

Atlanta has not lost a game since Dec. 26 when they fell to the Milwaukee Bucks.

“They’re good,” Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge said of the Hawks. “We could have played better, but they’re good.

Six Hawks scored in double figures on Friday night. They were led by forward Paul Millsap, who scored 21 points, pulled down eight rebounds, two assists, and three blocks.

Guard Kyle Korver also scored 16 points after hitting four of five 3-point attempts.
