According to an ABC News producer on the scene, there were injuries.
An armed group led by Bundy has been occupying the area since earlier this month. Bundy and his militiamen seized the headquarters of the wildlife refuge on January 2 in protest over the prosecution of a pair of Oregon ranchers accused of burning federal land.
The group initially said they would leave if the local population did not want them there, but have remained on the land since.
