4 forced out of Bend home because of fire

Four people and their pets need to find a new place to stay for a while after an early morning fire in Bend.

When firefighters arrived at the Deer Valley Drive home at about two o’clock Wednesday morning they found smoke and flames in the attic.

Everybody was able to get out of the house and nobody is hurt.

The Red Cross is helping the residents.
