A Bend man is dead and Oregon State Police say booze may be to blame.
56-year-old Brian Harris died in yesterday morning’s crash on Highway 97 near Sunriver.
Police say Shannon Rogers of Washington slammed into the back of his pickup, causing the truck to hit a tree.
Rogers is at Saint Charles in fair condition.
Investigators say alcohol and speed may have played a role in the wreck.
