Police say they caught the man who stole a car in Tumalo and crashed in Bend.
The Deschutes County sheriff’s office arrested Christopher Aviles of Bend at a family member’s home yesterday (Tues) afternoon.
Deputies say Aviles ran away after crashing the stolen car into fences and yards in Bend’s McCall Landing neighborhood Monday.
