Administrative Assistant

Horizon Broadcasting Group is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 5pm.

The successful candidate needs to be able to multi-task and have strong people skills. They will work closely with all members of the HBG team and also greet customers (listeners and clients). Responsibilities include computer data entry and executing station network spots and affidavits as well as some general accounting and billing duties. Must have at least basic computer knowledge. Strong math or computer skills a plus and any background working with billing and or payroll is a definite bonus!
