BEND, OR — A Bend Memorial Clinic official confirmed Thursday that after nine-years, BMC will not renew its title sponsorship of the Cascade Cycling Classic. No specific reason was given for the termination.
The Cascade Cycling Classic is a benefit for the Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation. MBSE said it is looking for a new corporate sponsor, preferably a three-year deal, to continue the CCC. The mid-July bicycle races have taken place for over three decades.
