Bend City Report: Deschutes River Levels Down

Bend, Ore. – Saturday morning update from The City of Bend: City officials checked gauges this morning and found river levels had dropped about a foot since yesterday afternoon.

Immediate flood concerns are waning. We are monitoring how the ice breaks up now. We are still emphasizing the need for people and pets to stay off the river ice, which is unstable.
