From the Redmond Police Dept:
Redmond, Ore. – Yesterday, at approximately 10:00 AM (S) Bernardino Martinez and a 16 year old male juvenile got into a verbal altercation in the alleyway behind the old Redmond Motel located between SW Forest and SW Evergreen Redmond, Or.
During the course of the verbal disagreement Martinez stabbed the male juvenile with an unknown type knife. The male juvenile was taken to St. Charles hospital where he received treatment for his stab wounds.
Martinez was arrested and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail on the listed Charges of Attempted Murder and Assault.
