iStock/Thinkstock(CLEVELAND) — Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James cut his head after crashing into photographers during Game 4 of the NBA Finals Thursday night.
James was fouled by Golden State Warriors’ Andrew Bogut while driving to the basket in the second quarter. He fell backwards, hitting his head on a camera, and remained down for several minutes while play was stopped.
James used a towel to stop the bleeding before making one of two free throws.
According to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, James didn’t need to come out of the game because the wound was a surface cut and he had stopped bleeding.
