Bend Elks Beat Yakima, Play Again In Away Game Tonight

Yakima, Wash. – After a 2 day break for the WCL all star game, the Elks were on the road in Yakima last night and the Elks defeated the Pippins 4-3 at Yakima County Stadium.

The Elks are now 29-8 for the year, the best record in the WCL and now lead the South Division by 10 games over the Corvallis Knights and 13 over the Medford Rogues as both division rivals lost last night.

Game 2 from Yakima is set for tonight at Yakima County Stadium. The game can be streamed at bendelks.com.

Annual Rhubarb Festival

This event started in La Pine at L & S Gardens. Upon the retirement of Linda she graciously passed the event on to the La Pine Senior Activity Center.  Each year the community, gathers with everything Rhubarb.
