JaysonPhotography/iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — A fourth consecutive day of losses on Wall Street brought a more than three percent drop on the major indices.

The Dow Jones finished the session down 530.94 to 16459.75. Finishing its worst week in four years, including consecutive days of triple-digit losses, the Dow fell 3.12 percent. It’s also down 10 percent from its all-time high earlier this year.

The Nasdaq dropped 171.45 to 4706.04, while the S&P 500 dipped 64.84 to 1970.89.

Investors seem spooked by evidence of a slowing in China’s economy.

Apple entered bear territory, with their closing price down more than 20 percent since its April 28 high.

Energy stocks took a major hit on Friday as well, with 85 percent down more than one-fifth of their value. Oil prices slid below $40 per barrel.
