“Mad Max: Fury Road” Leads Critics' Choice Awards Nominees

Warner Bros. Pictures(LOS ANGELES) — Mad Max: Fury Road is the leading nominee for the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards. The film on Monday earned 13 nominations, including Best Picture, Charlize Theron for both Best Actress and Best Actress In An Action Movie, Tom Hardy for Best Actor In An Action Movie and George Miller for Best Director.

The most-nominated TV series is the FX drama Fargo, with eight nods.

The 21st Annual Critics’ Choice Awards will air from Santa Monica, California, on A&E, Lifetime and LMN on Sunday, January 17.
