Southern Oregon – Blizzard conditions are occurring on Siskiyou Summit this morning, with reduced visibility and quickly accumulating snowfall.
The pass is under full chain requirement, except 4x4s that aren’t towing. Drivers are reminded not to stop in the lane of travel to install chains. Expect lengthy delays on the interstate especially southbound between MP 11 and 19.
Drivers not familiar with driving in severe winter conditions should consider delaying travel.
