Nickelodeon 2016 Kids' Choice Awards Are Tonight | MyCentralOregon.com

Nickelodeon(NEW YORK) — Nickelodeon will stage the 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards at the Forum in Inglewood, California, Saturday night. Country star and Voice coach Blake Shelton will host the broadcast, which will air at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific time.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Avengers: Age of Ultron and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2 are among the films with multiple nominations. All three are contenders in the favorite movie category, along with five other films.

On the TV side, the nominees include Modern Family, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and The Big Bang Theory.

There will be appearances by Robert Downey Jr., Amy Poehler, Megan Fox, Ellen DeGeneres, Chris Evans, Meghan Trainor and more, plus performances by DNCE and Charlie Puth/Wiz Khalifa.

Of course, there will be green slime, too.
