Mothers and their loved ones should heed the fine print on these deals, including participating locations, restrictions and specific time limitations. It’s a good idea to call the business ahead of time to check.
Here are some of the best freebies and deals offered this weekend:
Best Buy
Get a $10 savings code when purchasing an item from Best Buy’s “top tech for mom” list through Sunday. The $10 savings code will be provided via e-mail on May 22 for use toward a future purchase made through June 19.
Coach
Get 25 percent off online purchases with code MOM2016.
Flemings Steak House
Spend at least $75 for brunch or dinner on Mother’s Day and get a $25 gift card for a future visit that can be used through June 16.
Fogo de Chao
Moms who dine at the Brazilian restaurant on Mother’s Day will receive a card for a complimentary lunch or dinner on the next visit.
Hooter’s
On Sunday, moms who patronize the restaurant chain can choose a free entree from Hooter’s Mother’s Day menu with a drink purchase, plus a coupon for a free appetizer at participating locations valid Monday, May 8 through Thursday, June 9.
McCormick & Schmick’s
Mothers who visit the restaurant for brunch or buffet will get a free chocolate-covered strawberry.
Mimi’s Cafe
For a free entree on a future visit, purchase a meal and post a photo to the Facebook wall of Mimi’s Cafe with your favorite memory of her.
MOD Pizza
Moms get a free pizza or salad on Sunday.
