Bend, Ore. – For many, a Christmas tree is an important way of bringing in the holidays. However, some are unable to purchase and decorate a tree due to the expense or physical limitations.
The Christmas Tree Project offers decorated Christmas trees to those in need. Trees are already decorated with lights and ornaments and set on tree stands before they are delivered.
The organization is seeking donations and volunteers to support the effort. Donations of lights, ornaments, tree stands and live trees are accepted in addition to volunteer help in delivering and storing trees.
