Red Cross Has Set up Temporary Shelter For Affected Residents of Warm Springs Fire

Disaster responders with the American Red Cross Cascades Region are assisting people affected by a wildfire in Warm Springs, OR.

The American Red Cross has established a temporary shelter located at:
Warm Springs Community Center
2200 Hollywood Blvd
Warm Springs, Oregon

Individuals and families affected by the wildfire and in need of shelter assistance are encouraged to simply show up at the shelter for help. The Red Cross is providing resources to help address the immediate basic needs of those affected such as temporary housing, food, clothing, comfort kits with toiletry items, information about recovery services, and health and mental health services.

The Red Cross in Oregon and Southwest Washington (the Cascades Region) helps an average of three families affected by disasters, like home fires, every day. The Red Cross advocates emergency preparedness and offers the installation of free smoke alarms in our community.
