A chance to vote on changing Bend’s government may be coming

You may have a chance to vote on changing the City of Bend’s government structure.

City Council members are discussing proposed changes that would allow all Bend voters to choose a mayor and two council members.

Four other council members would be elected by just the people who live within four wards.

The measure that would make the changes could be on a May ballot.
