Netflix(LOS ANGELES) — Here’s good news for Black Mirror fans: A new season is coming next month! Now here’s the bad news: It’s only three episodes.
Netflix announced Wednesday that Black Mirror season five will arrive June 5 with “three all-new stories.” The star-studded cast includes Avengers series star Anthony Mackie, Miley Cyrus, Topher Grace, Guardians of the Galaxy actress Pom Klementieff, Aquaman baddie Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and more.
The trailer features glimpses of the new episodes, which seem to involve on a guy who goes on a rampage because he hates cellphones, a high-tech doll that appears to talk people into doing dangerous things, some kind of super-virtual reality video game, and the dangers of getting involved with sexy Instagram models.
Black Mirror‘s last offering was the choose-your-own adventure film Bandersnatch, which was released December 28.
