Three Arrests by Prineville Police Department and Crook County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday

On August 8, 2020, Prineville Police Department and Crook County Sheriff’s Office responded
to an altercation at the corner of Third Street and Court Street. The altercation occurred towards
the end of a demonstration organized by the Central Oregon Diversity Project and Central
Oregon Peacekeepers.
After investigation, three arrest were made. Michael Satcher (42) of Sisters, Oregon was
charged with Disorderly Conduct, Interfering with a Police Officer, and Harassment. Ronald
Campbell (57) of Prineville, Oregon, was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Jasmine Barnett
(40) of Bend, Oregon, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment. Satcher and
Barnett were both lodged at the Crook County Jail and released via bail. Campbell was cited and
released due to medical concerns. Each case has been forwarded to the Crook County District
Attorney for review of any formal charges.

Bend Park and Recreation District’s July 4th Pet Parade is a community tradition since 1924 and is an annual tradition to mark the Independence Day holiday. The parade has a new start time this year! The parade
