The Oregon State University – Cascades Advocacy and Advisory Board will consider future campus enrollment growth at its Sept. 1 meeting. The board meeting will take place from 12:45 to 2 p.m. in Edward J. Ray Hall, Room 13 on the OSU-Cascades campus. Members of the public may attend virtually.
OSU-Cascades is slated to grow over time to 3,000 to 5,000 students. Last fall, 1,374 students were enrolled at the Bend campus with 59% of students from Central Oregon and 29% from the rest of Oregon. At the meeting, board members will participate in breakout sessions and report back to the full board with recommended strategies for future enrollment growth.
